Answered 124698 Hi,I bought a laptop. Esprimo Mobile V6545. Made by Fujitsu Siemens. With an ATI Mobility radeon HD 3450 card.I installed Ubuntu 10.04 (32 bit) with a Live DVD. It installed with text mode if I disable nomodset in other obtions.It worked only if I chose Safe Graphics Mode. Otherwise not, the screen becomes dark and the laptop is frozen.
