Ati video card: after upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10 karmic x doesn't start due xserver-xorg-input-wacom installed

Upgrading Ubuntu jaunty 9.04 to Ubuntu karmic devel relase (oct 15 2009) doing

sudo do-release-upgrade -d

on 2 pc with ATI video cards.

At restart issue X don't start more cannot get graphic login...

The pc must have terminal access if not please press ALT+F2

Please make login with the user and password then type:

sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-wacom

give your user password, press enter.

Then to reboot the pc, type:

sudo reboot
