I have translated these modules but everything still shows up as untranslated

Your translations are showing fine for me so I would not worry about it, perhaps it is only a launchpad glitch that shows the old value for the progress bar and untranslated count.
As long as the translations are stored and are eventually committed in the .po files by Launchpad we're good.
It might that the status is only recomputed a few times a day, and you simply need to wait a little bit.

This is an issue of Launchpad itself, not OpenERP, so I'm reassigning this to the right project.

I think I see this too. Our loco held a translation sprint this weekend. We uploaded the kdepim module to our sandbox project, and finshed quite a few modules, as you can see on the wiki page of the event:

However, the overview page shows the same numbers as before:

This isn't supposed to happen, or is it?

I believe this is being caused by bug 894177. We'll know when that bug is fixed.
