how to install adobe photoshop

How do I install adobe photoshop on ubuntu, I have tried everything, i can't get it to work, can someone please help

I had looked at the link, and unfortunately it did not help. within my adobe folder there is a setup.exe file. I have tried everything i could but still cant get it to work. can adobe photoshop cs5 run on ubuntu ?

How do i get .exe files to work in Ubuntu? also, how am i able to manage .rar or winzip files in ubuntu ?

You need to install the wine package from Ubuntu Software Center. This will allow you to run windows .exe files with various levels of success. Normally it works pretty well for most programs but not for all.

Regarding Photoshop the wine people have details in their wiki. They claim that CS4 works pretty well. Not much info about CS5

A more attractive option is to try the PlayonLinux utility. This is an elegant GUI on top of wine that will give you a list of Software you can install. The latest version supports CS4. You can find the instauction to download it here:
