  * New upstream release.
  * Remove section about log creation from the manual page.
    Closes: #416091.
  * $HOME/.twlogDir and logfile is now created upon startup.
    Closes: #416083.
  * Both bugs reported by Jacob Anawalt, KD7YKO. Thanks!
