It's because you have a file with bad syntax in it. Logging a bug is as simple as running:

ubuntu-bug packagename

Which isn't hard at all.

Can you give the output of:
gedit /etc/apt/sources.list.d tiheum-equinox-maverick list

Thanks

This is not a bug, it is a configuration error -- the program is meant to do this.

Can you give the content of the file and we can clean this up and the app will run as expected.

Thanks
