As well words are cut at folder names, even if I choose tile of icon view format. At Libre office the ruler is correct. Checked even the print space. But nothing happens. The same issue.

If you make a fresh Ubuntu user and log in as that user, is it the same?

Does it look like this https://ibb.co/yYRN3qR ?

There is already a similar question https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/696308

Apparently nobody had an idea how to repair that. Neither do I.

Yes, it is the same.
By the way, thanks a lot for the effort.
I'll try restore updates, or restore to previous time. When it was still working.
How can I restore to previous time?

According to https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/696592 what you see might be caused by packages from the ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers package archive.

Do you use that PPA?
