Hi,

sorry for the late reply.

So, I checked out and your locale is up and running in glib and all is set, and you should be ready to go.
There is something I don't understand though: there is already a team for Greenlandic registered in Launchpad for Ubuntu and is this one https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-kl

Why has a new team (https://launchpad.net/~teamlinux.gl) been created? Also, the new team is a member of the already present Greenlandic team.

I'm just asking to get a better picture of the situation.

Thank you.

Hi,

oru policy for new Ubuntu translators team is to have a name like ubuntu-l10n-CODE, so the ubuntu-l10n-kl team would be the one to use for us.

If you can, try to talk with you team mate and see what you can do about that. It's not important where you store your guidelines or what other name you have for your website, but the name of the Ubuntu team needs to be consistent with the other ones.

Thank you.

Thanks a lot Milo for taking care of this support request!

I believe this is a duplicate of https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-translations/+question/132537

As Milo is explaining, we have a defined policy for translation team names, so I'll look into approving the https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-kl team now.

Nukartaannguaq, could you please subscribe to that question above?

In the future, I'd recommend to communicate with your team mates in order to improve coordination.

Thanks!
David.
