Stellarium crashes on first use

I am attenpting to install stallarium-0.15.0-win64(3)

I am using Windows 10 Pro

My PC is a DISKTOP-702LAKF

Processor Intel(R)Core(TM)2Quad CPU

After installing, I get the message "Stellarium is a free open source Planetarium has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I have tried re-installing and got the same problem.
