"not attempted" priority over "no answer" cases

Asked by Joost

Is it possible to give the "not attempted" cases priority?
When a case got the "no answer" outcome, they get back in the sample after the restriction / delay time is over, but I want to make sure the not attempted cases get attempted first.

Is this set with the "Allow new numbers to be drawn?" setting in the sample management?

Kind regards,
Joost

Hello Joost,

When assigning the sample to the questionnaire - set the maximum calls /
call attempts to be 1.

This will tell queXS to draw new numbers from the sample instead of calling
existing cases.

Once no more new sample records are available, you could increase the
number maximum calls/ call attempts.
