Bug Description
It would be useful to add a flag to automatically allow 'apt-get update' to be run during testbed setup.
Currently this can be done using --setup-commands option:
'mount -o remount,rw /; apt-get update; mount -o remount,ro /'
But it would be much easier to have a flag to allow this to be configured as part of the setup procedure.
This step is required to ensure device package lists don't became out of sync with archive.
