Is checkbox sorting possible?

Asked by hvf

Is it possible for line sorting to sort marked checkbox lists? i.e for

[x] some text
[*] some text
[ ] some text

to be displayed as

[ ] some text
[x] some text
[*] some text

At present line sorting seems to only sort from the first alphabetic character, ignoring the state of the checkbox. This also happens in Gedit.

I use a ToDo page in which I list all my todos and would like to be able to drop my completed todos to the bottom of the page. I have not found a way to do this. Using Zim 0.57 on both Ubuntu 12.04 and Win XP.

Thank you for a great tool Jaap!

No, at the moment it is not possible, would require more sophisticated
version of line sorter plugin.
