Using Truecrypt with Zim and Dropbox, how secure?

Asked by Shivam Sharma

I am a slightly paranoid guy and tend to keep my private notes encrypted. Recently, I've moved on to Zim with encryption using Truecrypt and sync using Dropbox.

Here's my procedure: http://dotpad.blogspot.in/2012/12/zim-with-truecrypt-and-dropbox-my-final.html

I'd like to know how secure is it?

I'm not a security expert, so can't give you a final answer on that
question.

From the point of view of zim, all data is stored in that notebook folder,
only exception may be image thumbnails if you use the attachment browser
plugin.
