Do we have a way to quickly add the exclamation marks

Do we have a key binding(I think don't have, I have checked help:Key_Binding), or quickly way to add the exclamation marks(!) fellow by checkbox?

Maybe I don't understand the question. You have a "!" on the keyboard
already, so why would you need another keybinding for that !?

Sorry for confused question before. let me make a more clearer at following.
sometime I'd like to using arrow key to browsing my note. sometime my cursor move on meddle of string but I want to increase priority for this item. I have to press "End" key, then press !(Shift + 1). If we have a short key like as "Ctrl + right arrow key" to increase priority or "Ctrl + left arrow key" to decrease priority, I think that is a good UX. thanks.

From my point of view that request will be "Won't Fix". Reason is that
we only have a limited set of possible short cuts, and they can be
used for other tasks more effectively. I don't think "<End>, <Shift>1"
is that bad a sequence.
