Xibo client no response

Asked by Jonathan Chan

Hi,

I'm using Xibo Client 1.0.7, the client has no response after it started, but I found the .xlf and the corresponding files has downloaded in the Xibo Library folder. Do you have any idea? Thanks a lot!

Regards,
Jonathan.

I'd say its highly likely that you still have incorrect checksums in your database. The client won't attempt to play anything that doesn't match what the server says it should.

Start with a really simple layout with just some text or a freshly uploaded image. What happens then?

Hi Alex,

I've checked the md5 checksum is correct in the database. And I've also tried to delete all templates and schedules, the player still can't get the default template to play with.

Thanks a lot!

Regards,
Jonathan.

And your certain you've setup a test layout as I described and then set
