Entering a transaction for previous date.

Asked by Searock

Hi,

Im using wxBanker 0.8.2 on Ubuntu 11.10.

Lets say todays date is 9 June 2012.

Whenever I try to enter a transaction for a previous date, the transaction gets saved in the current date.

For example if I enter a transaction for 8 June it still gets saved as 9 June.

I'm entering the transaction date using the calander.

Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry for the delay! That's definitely a bug, as I create transactions in the past and future all the time. Can you create a bug report from this question (there should be a button) if you can still reproduce it? I'll see if I can figure out what's causing it.

How are you changing the date? Are you using the arrow keys, typing in a new date manually, or selecting one from the calendar widget? If you are using the calendar widget, see if it still happens if you tab out of it after selecting it.

Hi Michael,

There is no need to apologize, I'll report the bug with the details.

Thanks

I've tried running this application on another machine and it works fine. I'll try re-installing the software.

Can you help with this problem?
