project status

Asked by Ritesh Raj Sarraf

Hi,

Is this project still active ?

I see hardly any email conversation in its mailing list. Also the last upload in the Debian archive is from early 2012.

You do have a 1.0 release. So I'm not very sure of what the projects's status is. I ask because if this project is active, I'd maybe interested in maintaining its packages for Debian. It could be a good alternative to libvirt / virt-manager.

Hi,

Yes we are still alive in fact, as you have noticed, we have just released
the next major version 1.0 few weeks ago.
We were waiting for a couple of bugs to be resolved before proceeding with
the inclusion in Debian, but now that they were fixed everything is ready!

Our maintainer is waiting for an acknowledgement to start to work on the
new version of the package so stay tuned because the new package is coming!
In the meanwhile if you want to use the new version you can checkout it
from our bazaar repository!

Regards,

Francesco
