how to change theme in ~11.10?

How to change the theme adwaita on ambiance (adwance, ubuntu-theme)? I can not change the white panel and the icons on adwaita Unity Version 3.8.14 in Ubuntu ~ 11.10.

You can uninstall the gnoome accesibility themes and install gnome-themes package to get Adwaita. But this is Alpha 1, just wait :)
