Visualization on resulting data

Asked by fangkai

Hi, I am using unicorn-hpc to solve problems. I tested examples under '/unsolver', like cube, cylinder. I can see a set of data in iter_0, iter_1, etc. , like velocity, drag force. I want to know if there is some way to visualization these results together with the mesh model.

Hello, you can use paraview to visualize pvd files.
There are also bin files which should be converted using the dolfin_convert tool to
pvd files first and then be visualized
For drag force you can use matlab, octave, or python which is inside a text file in iter_0

Best,
