add a language

translations will arrive next week.
You need to record these phrases with same filename and send to me:

hello, a French version of voice

I just finished translating and recording the GPS in Breton.

pkcon local-install --allow-untrusted navigator.costales_test_br_voices.click
&& rm navigator.costales_test_br_voices.click

Kill uNav and reopen, you have your voices!

I try but it's say "local-install" is not supported,

Sorry. My fault, it's:
pkcon install-local --allow-untrusted navigator.costales_test_br_voices.
click
With this command you'll upgrade uNav to that new version.

When I'll release the version you'll not see an upgrade ;) You have to
uninstall it and reinstall for back to 0.63 and then, see the 0.64 in a
future update.

You have to uninstall the version 0.64 and install the 0.63 from store for see the update in your device ;)
