Can you please provide some additional information:
- system you are running on?
- uck verison used?
- system being customized?
- what were you trying to do when the error occurred?
- any error messages before the final one?

The 2.0.12 version of UCK is woefully outdated - please upgrade to UCK 2.2.1 available for lucid from the stable PPA ( ppa:uck-team/uck-stable ).

This will create the directory in question that has obviously not been created by remastersys dist.

Cheers,
Wolf
