Its all in appearence, the install item is on the first page after you select appearence, you can then activate it as you wish.

Tat helps nobody and nothing. I gave an intuitive link and all you can reply with is "help" now we have to wait for another reply to explain what you are having issues with. You can accelerate this whole process by being concise and full datiled rather than yor above post wwhich you may as well have not bothered posting if I'm honest.

What are you having issues with now upon reading the page I posted and we can progress.

should give us more information on what you are having problems with
