Hi Jennifer,

On the top bar, go to System - Preferences - Display.

There is no Display item under System>Preferences, as I stated before. But I did notice Screen Resolution in the list so that solved it.

Please check again, I am running Ubuntu 9.10 and I have Display under
System -> Preferences. If your install of 9.10 doesn't have it we
might have to file a bug report. Anyways if your problem has been
solved mark it solved :D
