Mouse pointer disappears after release upgrade

If you wake from sleep mode and press CTRL + ALT + T

Run:

sudo modprobe -r psmouse; sleep 5; sudo modprobe psmouse

Is it OK?

It does not work, i still use the temporary ctrl+alt f1 then ctrl+alt f7
thing. Is there any remedy? Thanks bro!

This is happening on my system too since upgrading to 16.04.

sudo modprobe -r psmouse; sleep 5; sudo modprobe psmouse

has no effect.

Please let me know if you need additional details about my system.
