My screen flikering (sony vaio with radeon graphics card). How to correct this issue .

HI . I installed ubuntu 12.04 through Wubi-installer.org ,installation was good but My screen was Flikering (sony viao with radeon graphics card). Flikering will get when there is no power plug . If i plug in to AC power plugin there is no flickring . Could you plz help me how to resolve this problem .

Can you give the output of:

sudo lshw -C display; lsb_release -a; uname -a

Hi
I did following steps

1).sudo apt-get install build-essential cdbs fakeroot dh-make
debhelper debconf libstdc++6 dkms libqtgui4 wget execstack libelfg0
dh-modaliases
2).
sudo apt-get install fglrx fglrx-amdcccle

and restarted my system . Even though the is my problem .
please help in this situation ..

I installed ubuntu 12.10 .
Every thing was fine . But i can't able to adjust my screen brightness (
Sony viao . Modal :SVE15115ENW)
Could you plz help me with this problem .
