ATI Rage 128 agp 2x

Yes i have a problem and am newb and was told that i needed to code the xorg.conf file so my screen dont look like this

I was told that my drivers for it were not installed by the output and i have no idea how to code..im such a newb..
Is there any help out there for my problem..
