I am using Super OS based on Ubuntu 10.10 I have an abit motherboard NF-M2S it has an internal
Video by Nvidia which I am not using, the monitor is attached to a Radeon X1300 Video Card,

I want an easy way to use the 3d and video power of my ATI card! I do not have much experience with Linux, but I am willing to learn.

You have two graphic GPU:
1-"RV515 [Radeon X1300]" on a dedicated card
2-"GeForce 6100 nForce 405" which is a chipset on motherboard, with graphic abilities
In System->Administration->Additional Drivers, do you see both ATI and Nvidia ?
