Unclaimed Property Application on Wine on Ubuntu

Asked by laszlo

Using loader of wine for application install off of cd, program install, or rather begins to install, then
encounters an error while "registering the file". Chose to "Ignore" error and setup completes. On
application start, menu of program allows for choosing of "Searching by Owner Name", which, upon
depressing said button, produces error 429, "Active X Component can't create object".

Any thoughts? Direct email correspondence highly preferred. Thank you.

Thank you!

Nobody will email you directly. The whole idea of a forum is to SHARE solutions so that others can benefit. Imagine if all forums were used how you state... How useless would they be? How many times have you searched the Web for a fix and come across a forum entry that gave you a fix? That's what this is. Think about it.....
