This will happen. Artful is not ready and not stable. Crashes are to be expected up to (and even a few weeks after) release.

To go back to Zesty you will need to wipe the current install off and do a clean install. You can restore your user data from your backups.

I think that is so much difficult and painful for all of us and we're losing time trying to repair a carcass system. Please give me the stable ubuntu 17.04, after all i believe that i tried with you. _ Thank you from my heart.

I see two possible solutions to your problem:

1. You do a new installation of Ubuntu 17.04 (or maybe even better Ubuntu 16.04 LTS) on your system, overwriting all data (Create backup copies of your private file to an external storage medium first!)
We do not have any access to your system, so we cannot do that installation, but you have to do this yourself.

or

2. Try getting your Ubuntu 17.10 system repaired. To help with that we need some information which we already requested in your other question document https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+question/658638 but you have chosen not to answer so far.

Uklas
Please look at this site.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

-----I think that is so much difficult and painful for all of us and we're losing time trying to repair a carcass system. This is your statement in #3. 17.10 is a new release that is not finished yet. 17.10 is only for very experinced Ubuntu users. I have been using Ubuntu since 2008. IMA, I am not qualified to to use 17.10.

-----So please install on my pc the stable new ubuntu 17.04. This is your statement. No one, except you, can install 17.04, or any release of Ubuntu, on your computer.

Please study site below.

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation

You have been a Launchpad member for over a year. You should be familiar with these procedures.
I suggest that you take Actionparsnip's #2 suggestion. OR Manfred's #5 suggestion.
My suggestion would be 16.04, unless you have a need, for something that was added to 17.04.

Ubuntu 17.10 Artful Aardvark will be released on October 19th.
