sudo apt-get update & sudo update-manager -d are out of function
software app can't be notified

Can you give the full output please (as clearly requested) rather than "doesn't work" which tells us nothing....

When i have updates notification, the updater searching works (the blue
line is moving). At the end of this normal action, the updater notifices me
to retry & retry. Is what i'm doing, but no result.Also asks to verify the
internet connection, but this connection is OK. When manually i stop the
blue moving line before arrive on it's end, then (only by this way) is
possible to receive updates. So i use this new <uklas method> (sic) Salve!

I don't care about the GUI stuff.

Run the command I gave in my very first reply. Then copy the output text

Then go to
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+question/658638

And paste the text as an update. We can then see what is going on and read the text ourselves.
