Every package update list a failure to load a package
Lately 'Updage Manager' tells me it failed to load a package on updates.
Then at the end of the session if I look at 'Update Manager' again it tells me my system is up to date. As if nothing is wrong.

Please open a terminal by pressing ctrl + alt + t then type:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
please report ONLY errors here

yes twice then type:
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get --fix-missing install
