 Toshiba netbook NB210 wont update to the latest of any soft wear its saying about secrity verifications so if there's no fix Can I remove the program an run Windows in its place?

df -i
sudo apt-get update

open a terminal window (e.g. by simultaneously pressing ctrl-alt-t)

type in the commands, one by one

when done, use the terminal window's menu entries "edit - select all" and "edit - copy" to copy the output and paste everything into this question document that you have already created, or send an e-mail back with the output pasted in.
