How do I recover my Operating System from this?

How do I recover my Operating System and Linux Firefox browser from this?
database disk image is malformed: /home/bear/.mozilla/firefox/18yff54j.default-1494296841353/places.sqlite
An Employee Inside Facebook keeps Hacking and damaging my Firefox browser files
and by doing this is also causing the Ubuntu Operating System to fail to function properly.

Am asking this question while in 'recovery mode'. fsck is not resolving this issue.

Sniff him out with wireshark and if he's an employee torn him in. As to why a employee would do something like that is beyond me if you violate community standards they block you not hack you. And do you have your for firewall activated. Also macchanger is also a good program to use before logging into Facebook. I don't mess with social media no more it's a breeding ground for hackers.

Sunday May 21, 2017. I had further compounding Firefox Browser issues. So I did a complete reinstall of Ubuntu using the 'Something Else' option and reformatting the ext4 partition.
