my computer will not upgrade please help!

What is the output of:

sudo apt-get update; lsb_release -a; df -h

Saying "there is an error" tells us absolutely nothing. It is so vague that the information is worthless.

Think about it

You can just copy and paste it to the terminal. Lots easier.
