Installing Ubuntu on a Virtualbox pc: hangs at the point of "Where are you?"

I am installing Ubuntu 11.04 on VirtualBox 4.1.2....The installation hangs at the point of "Where are you?".I am unble to go further than this point ....PLease assist

Did you MD5 test the ISO you used to install the OS?

make sure your username contains only lowercase a-z characters. No spaces, uppercase letters or punctuation.

Thanks for your response however i resolved the issue by disconnecting the PC from the internet.

Solution was stated on No.4
I disconnected the pc from the network/internet and the installation continued.
