ubuntu 10.04 clean install error

Hello everyone! Clean installed 10.04 Lucid. After loging-in, nothing happens!. All I am looking at is Lucid wallpaper. Can anyone advise me?? Thank you. - gustav521

Press alt+f2 and type gnome-panel see if that helps I am assuming that you have no panels, let us know if that helps.
