Did you MD5 test the ISO you downloaded?
If you burned a CD, did you burn it slowly? Did you test the CD for defects once booted to?
Have you tested your RAM?

I donot know how CD was burned, slowly or otherwise and also it was not tested for defect.

As I have already disclosed that in my PC RAM is 512 MB.

I don't know how CD was burned, slowly or otherwise and also it was not tested for defect.
At start of boot of CD, press <SPACE> key and you should get a menu. In this one, you will have an option "Check CD for defects"

Did you try to install Ubuntu aside Windows (true dual boot) or are you trying to install inside Windows ? Forum expert on one configuration are not always on another one. I dislike second option, but it's a personal opinion. After having an answer on this question, I will be able to answer or I will transmit question to another guy.

If you do some work youself rather than us spoonfeeding you then you will get fixed faster. Use Windows if you wish.

Did the ISO pass MD5 test?

Can you help with this problem?
