Ubuntu 10.10 keeps getting stuck at <Who are you?> screen. Firefox works, seem to have everything. Should I be concerned?

When are you asked "Who are you"?

After selecting the keyboard.

It's while the system files are loading. They stop loading about 80% through and the message above the status bar says "ready when you are".

I had to reboot cold to get out of that loop and it takes me back through the entire install process and this time it didn't make it as far. Last time I got the Ubuntu desktop including the ability to access the internet but I was still stuck in the install utility.

Now I'm just stuck in the install utility and I'm sending this from another computer.
