Correct Ukrainian toponims

Asked by Denys Gulak

Hi,

I'm a native Ukrainian speaker, and I find it commonplace that Ukrainian cities have incorrect spelling in English. I've found this issue while installed tzdata package in Ubuntu. So when user is prompted to choose a city in region 'Europe' they have a choice of 4 cities in Ukraine

23. Kiev -> should be Kyiv
46. Simferopol - > OK
54. Uzhgorod -> should be Uzhhorod
62. Zaporozhye -> should be Zaporizhzhia

The 'should be' variant is the only correct transliteration from Ukrainian into English.
