You can't and you shouldn't the keyring is for your own safety and
thus it should be kept as such. There are certain times however where
you can disable it, what are you looking forward to disable.

only want to use it. That is a tribute to how good Linux is.

Thank you kindly for your reply

Priorly In Version of Ubuntu 9.04, I have not ever had to deal with it asking for a "keyring password" every time I retrieve email in Evolution.

History:
I moved from a smaller hard drive where I was using Ubuntu 9.04, I moved all my personal files over to a new larger Hard drive and installed Ubuntu system 9.04 on the larger hard drive, with my Personal files. I setup grub the way I need it to be with added graphics and all works flawlessly. Ubunto Install found my files and settings perfectly except for the Keyring Nagging in evolution. I had considered checking the Keyring Daemon but thought I might ask here first.

Thank you in advance.
