What file in the tomcat6 package configures upstart?

I do not want to install Tomcat 6 via apt-get due to it's dependency on OpenJDK. I want to use Oracle Java instead. The route I am taking is to download Tomcat 6 from the Apache website, extract and configure.

Where in the Tomcat6 package source will I find the script that configures Tomcat with upstart?
