How can I input a "sudo" command

I am trying to enter the follwoing commands.
sudo parted-1
sudo bilkid
sudo more/boot/grub/grub.cfg

Where do I go to enter these commands?

I tried from terminal but it tells me that sudo is not a reconized command.

If you experience a "grub-rescue" problem and cannot login to Ubuntu , try to use this tool :

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Repair#A2nd_option_:_install_Boot-Repair_in_Ubuntu

to repair the boot process. Use the 2nd Option .
Follow the instructions on the link I gave above , it is easy.
