imam problem sa passwordima i encryption keys, ubuntu koristim odskoro

ne mogu da instaliram adobe flashplayer, niti bilo šta drugo jer mi ubuntu traži passworde i encryption kodove koje nemam.Do sada sam koristio windows ali mi se sviđa Ubuntu i želim da pređem na taj OS. Kako da dođem do tih passworda i ključeva? Preko neta?

So do you not remember your password for sudo? It is identical to the one you use to login. If you need flash then run:

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

You will be prompted for your password, the screen willnot give you any feedback but just type your password and hit enter, and flash will install.
