i forget my root password !! how i create new root password so i access admin account

Ctrl+Alt+T to open the Terminal and input the command below:

sudo -i

That would ask you to input your own password.

Root account using root pwd isn't recommended.
Usually a user gains advanced privileges when the user is in admin group.
By typing the user pwd (same as in login) in correlation with 'sudo or 'gksudo'' the user gains those privileges as admin.
