unabling a primary user to use sudo

hello sir..............
i have installed ubuntu 9.10 in my PC.
by default i have permission to run a command as sudo.
i wanna unable myself to use sudo..............
so help me to resolve this problem.

check the /etc/group

make sure of enabling and disabling the username what you specified..
