It seems that you have activated the PPA https://launchpad.net/~oguzhaninan/+archive/ubuntu/stacer in your list of repository sources.
This PPA does not provide software for the Ubuntu release that you are running. So why did you activate it?
You have to remove it from your package management configuration.

THANK YOU Mr Manfred

This PPA appeared when I downloaded "Stacer". _I did not deliberately
activate it_. However, I did remove it.

If the problem is resolved, then you should mark your question document as "solved" by visiting https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/stacer/+question/700859 and pressing the related button.

https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/oguzhaninan/stacer/ubuntu/dists/

Here are the releases supported by the PPA. Not all PPAs support all releases of Ubuntu

If you are running Focal (Ubuntu 20.04) then the PPA has the same version of the package as the default repositories
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=stacer&searchon=names&suite=focal&section=all

So why enable/add the PPA it at all?

The last release of stacer was in 2019
https://github.com/oguzhaninan/Stacer

So I don't think the application development is active at all. It's dead.
