Printer Canon Pixma MG 3550 can not print and scan

I have installed a new printer. Canon Pixma MG 3550, and I can not get it to print and scan. I have spoken with Canon Service, but they have no drivers for Linux Ubuntu (1204)? Sincerely, Annette Haspang

lsb_release -a; u name - a; lsusb
