I think my repository for the software center has been removed. how do I check to see it it is there

I keep getting a message that my updates or out of date and that i need to check for new updates. I do this and there is no new updates. The messages says that it may be caused by a repository that is no longer available. I am have problems with the sofeware center and can not install anything. This could be related

You cannot send screenshot here please simply copy the "sudo apt-get update" result from terminal and paste at the bottom of your question on launchpad:
