[INVALID/DUPLICATE] rhytmbox wants text/html decoder plugin

Rhytmbox and ubuntu 8.04 gives following error report when trying to stream:

couldn't start playback: a text/html decoder plugin is necessary to play the stream but is not installed. Where can I find this plugin and how to install it? The solution proposed above, to copy the streaming url links through shoutcast.com is not an option as the url I am looking for is not known.

Could the problem be related to the fact that I downgraded back from ubuntu 9.04 to 8.04?
