Can't import on rythm box ubuntu

So I downloaded metallica's new single and put it into the music folder in Documents folder. Then I tried to import it to rythmbox by clicking on import file and whenever I open it, it won't import. Any one got any suggestions? I'm a nub to Ubuntu (just got it 3 days ago) so don't think I'm a total retard if it's something simple lol.

Do you get an error message at all?

Have you tested Ubuntu system sounds?

No, but thanks anyway. I got it to work. Turns out I just needed to restart ubuntu, it was lagging really bad anyway. I'm actually using right now. Although I still have a couple more questions.

 Glad you got it working. Maybe best to mark this as solved, and start
new questions for each of your other problems. I found 'solved' is the
best prefix for searches, even here in Launchpad.
